In cardboard bag and integrated cardboard box production the minimum is generally 500 units, while in the set-up box and rigid box segment the minimum is 300 units. For projects requiring custom sizes, special materials or advanced applications, please contact our team for the most accurate planning.
Standard production time is on average 10–15 business days for most projects. The lead time may change depending on order quantity, product structure, printing technique, coating options and the sample approval process. For urgent needs, we can also offer express process support depending on production planning.
Yes. We offer a sample and prototype process before mass production. Reference samples can be shared based on existing product examples. For custom-design projects, a physical sample or mock-up can be prepared according to die, printing, material and application details.
Our production infrastructure includes offset printing, digital printing, screen printing, hot foil stamping, embossing, deboss, UV spot varnish, lamination and various special surface applications. We recommend the most suitable printing and surface combination according to the product's purpose, target audience and brand positioning.
Yes. Our graphic and structural design team supports the process from concept development through to production. We provide professional support to your brand at stages such as dimensioning, technical drawing, print-ready file checking, 3D pre-visualisation and physical sample preparation.

Yes. Label Group carries out production and shipment to many countries across different continents, primarily Europe. In export processes we ensure logistics coordination appropriate to product safety, carton planning, palletising and delivery terms.
Yes. Beyond standard box and bag forms, we can develop custom structures with product-specific dies, unfolding, internal layouts, windows, magnets, ribbons, EVA inserts and different lid mechanisms. We offer high flexibility especially on premium and luxury segment projects.
The payment plan is shaped according to the order content, project scope and business model. For first orders, a model of advance payment after order confirmation and the balance before shipment is generally applied. For regular collaborations, alternative payment plans based on mutual agreement can be considered.

This choice is determined by the product's positioning, sales channel, carrying needs, brand perception and budget. Cardboard bags are preferred more for the in-store and carrying experience, while set-up boxes stand out for premium presentation, gifting, shelf impact and the unboxing experience.
