1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Label Etiket Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“Label Group”) processes your personal data when you visit label.com.tr. It should be read together with the KVKK Notice.

2. Data We Collect

• Name, e-mail, phone and message you submit via contact/quote forms
• Site usage and cookie data (analytics only with your consent)
• Technical records: IP, date/time, server logs (for security)

3. Purposes

To answer your requests, provide services, meet legal obligations, ensure site security and — with your explicit consent — perform usage analytics.

4. Cookies & Third Parties

Google Tag Manager is used for tag management; Tag Manager does not set cookies by itself. Google Analytics 4 (measurement) and Google Ads (marketing) tags run only according to your consent preference. Analytics and marketing cookies are not enabled by default; these categories are not activated until you consent in the cookie banner. See the Cookie Policy.

5. Transfers

Data may be shared, limited to purpose, with hosting, e-mail/SMTP and IT providers and legally authorised authorities. With explicit consent, transfer abroad may occur within Google (Analytics/Tag Manager) services.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS; appropriate technical and administrative security measures are applied for form submissions and communication processes; configuration/management files are restricted from external access.

7. Retention

Data is kept for the periods required by the purpose and applicable law — by category for contact/quote requests, server logs, cookie preferences and contract/accounting records — then deleted or anonymised.

8. Your Rights

You may exercise your rights under KVKK art. 11 (information, correction, erasure, objection, etc.) via the method in the KVKK Notice. Where applicable to visitors from the EU/EEA, requests under the relevant data protection legislation may also be submitted through the same contact channels.

9. Children

The site is not directed to persons under 18; we do not knowingly collect children’s data.
