This notice is issued by Label Etiket Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“Label Group”) as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), art. 10.

2. Personal Data Processed

  • Identity: name, surname
  • Contact: e-mail, phone
  • Request/Transaction: message, request and selected-service content you submit via forms
  • Security: IP address, date/time, session and server log records
  • Usage/Cookies: navigation data and data obtained via cookies/similar technologies (for analytics/marketing only with your explicit consent)

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Responding to contact/quote requests and communicating with you
  • Provision of products/services and conduct of contractual processes
  • Fulfilment of legal obligations and reporting to authorities
  • Information security, prevention of misuse and fraud
  • Analysis of site usage and service improvement (Google Analytics) — only with your explicit consent

4. Legal Bases

Your data is processed under KVKK art. 5 on the bases of necessity for the conclusion/performance of a contract, compliance with the controller’s legal obligations, and legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights. Analytics/marketing cookies and cross-border transfer are processed solely on your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1, art. 9); if you do not consent, analytics and marketing cookies are not enabled.

5. Transfer of Data

Data may be transferred, limited to its purpose, to our hosting, e-mail/SMTP and IT service providers and to legally authorised public authorities. With your explicit consent, data may be transferred to servers located abroad within Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager services (KVKK art. 9). If you do not consent, analytics and marketing cookies are not enabled; Google tags operate in a restricted manner consistent with your consent preference.

6. Collection Method

Your data is collected by wholly or partly automated means via website contact/quote forms, e-mail, cookies and server logs.

7. Your Rights (KVKK art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed; request information; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know third parties to whom it is transferred; request correction, erasure/destruction (KVKK art. 7) and notification thereof to third parties; object to results arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.

8. How to Apply

You may submit requests by signed written petition to the address above, to our registered e-mail (labeletiket@hs06.kep.tr), or from your e-mail registered in our system to info@label.com.tr. Requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest.

9. Retention

Your data is retained for the period required by the purpose and the statutory limitation/retention periods. By category: contact and quote requests for the conclusion of the request and the relevant limitation period; server/security logs for a limited period; cookie preferences until your choice changes; contract and accounting records for the periods set out in applicable law. At the end of these periods data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
